MISSION STATEMENT
The University of Papua New Guinea Literary Readers Students
Society (UPNG LRSS) is dedicated to fostering a vibrant literary culture among
students. Our mission is to promote reading, writing, and critical thinking
through various activities that engage and inspire our members.
OUR ACTIVITIES
We organize book discussions, author talks, and writing
workshops that encourage students to explore diverse genres and styles. By
collaborating with local authors and literary figures, we aim to create a
platform for dialogue about literature’s role in society. Our events are
designed not only to enhance literary appreciation but also to build a supportive
community among readers and writers.
